About
Working together to find your loved ones
RescueNepal.org is a public information service for families searching for people who went missing during the Rasuwa flood. Anyone can submit a report, search the reports that have already been published, and send information about a person who has been found.
This is a volunteer-run public information service. We are not a government body and do not speak on behalf of any authority. This website is not an official government service and does not speak on behalf of any authority.
How a report becomes public
Every report is read by a volunteer administrator before it appears on the site. This protects families from duplicate listings and from false information. Reports are usually reviewed within a few hours.
What we publish and what we keep private
We publish the missing person’s name, photo, age, general location and last known contact details. We do not publish the phone number or email address of the person who submitted the report unless they have specifically agreed to it.
Who runs this website
This site is run by volunteers. If you need to reach us about a report — to correct it, to remove it, or because something on the site is wrong — contact the administrator directly.
