PM Balen Shah Kathmandu, September 14 Prime Minister Balen Shah is holding discussions with local representatives from districts and local levels declared disaster crisis zones following the Bhotekoshi flood in Rasuwa. The meeting began at 11 am Monday at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar, with representatives and lawmakers from 15 disaster-affected local levels in Nuwakot, Rasuwa, Dhading, Gorkha and Tanahun. The discussions are focused on reviewing the situation following the floods, assessing the current conditions in the affected areas, identifying immediate steps to be taken and discussing recovery and rehabilitation efforts. Representatives from Nuwakot attending the meeting include members of the House of Representatives Bikram Timilsina and Achyutam Lamichhane, as well as Bidur Municipality Mayor Rajan Shrestha, Belkotgadhi Municipality Mayor Jagat Bahadur Gurung, Kispang Rural Municipality Chair Birbal Tamang and Tarkeshwar Rural Municipality Chair Shiv Adhikari.
